• Single-acting cylinder with internal spring return
• Manual adjustment of press bed
• 2-stage hand or foot operated pump unit

CP 40 - CP 60 - CP 100

• Double-acting cylinder with pneumatic ram return (optionally also available with single-acting cylinder and internal spring return)
• Hydraulic/pneumatic adjustment of bed with use of included lifting yoke
• 2-stage hand pump unit

CP 16 - CP 25 - CP 40 - CP 60 - CP 100

• 2 pcs. V-blocks/straightening blocks
• Replaceable hardened nose cap
• Glycerine damped pressure gauge in tons

FUNCTION AND OPERATION

HAND PUMP UNIT

• Low and high pressure and ram return all done with single lever control
• Automatic change-over from low to high pressure
• Hand lever can be stored vertically
• The press must be connected to compressed air supply for long stroke, and to return ram! (Except models CP 16 and CP 25)

FOOT PUMP UNIT

• Automatic change-over from low to high pressure
• Separate pedal for ram return
